JOHN SHED WEIGHT FOR 'MADRAS CAFE'

The actor and recently turned producer, John Abraham had to shed weight for his upcoming film 'Madras Cafe'. It is also in the news that John has been recently chosen the brand ambassador for the fitness freak brand  Reebok. The movie is slated to release on 23 August 2013 and stars Nargis Fakhiri. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the movie is a political-thiller shot in Sri Lanka and India.

Sircar told the reporters that the heroism of the film is the content, not John. "I had asked John to lose weight for this film and he did that. If he stands in a crowd, he should not stand out, he should look like one of them as he is not hero in the film. You will see a new John in the film". 

Filmmaker Sircar is relieved after 'Madras Cafe' got a clearance from The Censor Board with U/A certificate. Sircar, who has worked with John previously on 'Vicky Donor' termed their relationship as great. He said that both will be working on more scripts hopefully.

John refuses to work with Asin

John  Abraham rejected to work with Asin??? Yes, you heard it right. There is news around that John  Abraham is not ready to work with Asin in a Tamil movie remake to be directed by Vipul Shah.

Some sources told “Vipul Shah was very keen to have Asin as the lead actress of the film. She and Venkatesh were the lead pair in the Telegu original. Vipul was also impressed by Asin’s performance in London Dreams and hence spoke to her about his forthcoming venture. But on suggesting the same to John, he was shocked as the actor refused to be paired opposite Asin.”

However Vipul Shah has denied  this story and said that it was just a date problem and it will be soon sorted out. He also confirmed that Asin, who played the lead role in the original Tamil movie,  will BE the lead actress in the movie.

No probs for John to pose "Nude"

John Abraham has no problems posing nude in front of the camera. And in his upcoming movie Dostana he almost posed nude wearing just a tiny trunk.

John says that he is very comfortable showing his body and he can pose nude too. But the guts to show his skin took a lot of hard work of John.
He worked extremely hard with LA based fitness expert Mike Ryan.

So John fans get ready too see all sexy n semi nude (...may be nude) John in future. ;)
