In a recent episode of "Lift Kara De" Shahid clarifies that he is single but he is very ready to mingle.
Shahid said, “I am very much single, available and definitely ready to mingle.”
When asked about him dating Priyanka Chopra Shahid says (with a serous look on his face),
“I want to clarify that I am not dating Priyanka Chopra or anybody else.”

Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan were seen together at a Mumbai club recently. Rumours are that Shahid had booked a table in advance for the two of them to have dinner in privacy.
Tabu, who was also present there but was enjoying a meal a few tables away and decided not to spoil the moments Shahid and Vidya were having.
