Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan getting ready for Bollywood !!

Its nothing new for sons and daughters of B-Town stars to try their luck in the Bollywood industry. Several star kids like Abhishek Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, Sonam Kapoor, Twinkle Khanna etc have created a successful repute in the industry. Now joining their league perhaps is Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan.
According to the rumors, Junaid is undergoing some regular fitness sessions as well as acting classes to get a ticket successfully for a film. Although it was in gossips earlier that Aamir Khan's son is more interested in film making than anything else. He was also supposedly assisting Raj Kumar Hirani in P.K.
Sources say that Aamir Khan asked for Samir Jaura's number from Farhan.  A source told a daily that Junaid expressed his desire to work under him. Well if this is true, we think nobody can give him smarter tricks and platform than daddy Aamir himself!

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone inspired by Rajnikanth




Rajnikanth seems to have charmed Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone also. King Khan and Deepika Padukone has come together for a special song paying tribute to Tamil cinema icon Rajnikanth. The song 'Lungi dance' titled 'Thalaivar Tribute' has been sung and composed by rapper Hardesh Singh, popularly known as Honey Singh. Shahrukh has sighed of relief after wrapping up shooting of 'Chennai Express' directd by Rohit Shetty, which is  to be realeased on August 9, 2013.  
Shahrukh termed Rajnikanth as 'global cultural icon'. He infact added "who isn't a fan of 'The Rajnikanth'?"  Deepika Padukone is also a huge fan of Rajni sir. On Shahrukh's request, she agreed to be a part of the song. The song is being choreographed by National Award winning choreographer Chinni Prakash. "The song is fun, happy and completely Rajnikanth style", Shahrukh said.
Although the song is not a part of Chennai Express, it is sure to boost its fame. Now even Shahrukh has admitted being his fan, we have realised the meaning of 'yanna rascala, mind it'!

RAMAIYA VASTAVAIYA BEATS 'D-DAY'


Prabhudeva's Ramaiya Vastavaiya has managed to surpass the box office collection of D-Day. The buzz favours Ramaiya Vastavaiya as it was having almost a fresh faced starcast while D-Day has many established faces.
This is a typical bollywood love story but only the characters are new. The movie has been able to do pretty good at the comical side.
Prabhudeva has entered the genre of romance with this movie. Rumors are that he will be directing a horror flick soon. While actors have seem to done an average job , the music composer duo Sachin-Jigar has been praised for the lively background scores. The popular Jacqueliene-starring Jaadu Ki Jhappi as well as Jeene Laga Hoon have topped the charts.
Well, it may be apt to say that we see Prabhudeva effect here too.

'Mr.India' was for Big B!

One of the landmark movies in the Bollywood history, 'Mr.India' was originally meant for none other than the mega-star Amitabh Bachchan. Shekhar Kapur's 'Mr India' which had Anil Kapoor and Sridevi in lead roles was originally scripted for Amitabh Bachchan. Even the content of the script was written keeping in mind Big B's voice. But considering the 'invisible' role Big B refused to be 'Mr.India'.
Anil Kapoor was approached for the role after Big B's 'no', he accepted the role and rest is history. Known for the science-fiction based theme mixed with patriotic tinge, the movie gave Anil Kapoor's bollywood career a boost. Sridevi also became an overnight sensation  after this movie.

Well thats what we call somebody's loss is someone else's gain!!!

I like men's perfumes: Alia Bhatt

It seems the stylish teen sensation has really deep secrets of her beauty and attitude. In a candid interview with a TNN correspondent, the heartthrob of youngsters, Alia Bhatt said "If the guy smells nice, there is an instant attraction. I use only men's perfumes."
This personal revelation from the actress came in reply to a question regarding the guy she would like to date.  The 20-year old actress further stated Ishaqzaade girl Parineeti Chopra as her biggest competition.  She also denied her linkups with Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, her Student Of The Year co-stars. She praised Arjun Kapoor who is her co-star in her forthcoming film 2 States.
Maintaining this heartthrob status is a heavy task..... way to go girl!

Shatrughan Sinha will learn acting from Sonakshi !!

 The yesteryear veteran actor  Shatrughan Sinha has said that he would like to take acting tips from his daughter Sonakshi Sinha. The Dabbang girl  was accompanied by her father and her mother Poonam Sinha  on the success bash of her latest release of LOOTERA organised at UPSCALE LAUNGE ESCOBAR in Bandra, a western Mumbai suburb. The entire cast including director Vikramaditya Motwane, co- producer Ekta Kapoor and  lead actor Ranbeer Singh  was present at the event. The actress, who chose a monochrome look for the event, has many hundred crore films in her kitty which establishes her as one of the leading ladies of the present times. Shatrughan Sinha is so impressed with his daughter Sonakshi's performance in her latest release that he was quoted saying-"East or west Sonakshi is the best. She has done an outstanding job in the film. There has been immense improvement in her acting and now I think I have to take acting tips from my talented daughter".

BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG COLLECTS GOOD BOX OFFICE FORTUNE!

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, released on 12 july 2013, was declared a box office success. The film is a hit in the multiplexes across India and especially in Punjab and Delhi. It collected 0.85 crore on the very first day. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag showed 20% growth on the second day and earned 10.50 crores in its kitty on the second day. It grossed 32.25 crores nett on its first weekend.
The film based on the life of Olympian athlete Milkha Singh is in the praisworthy words of critics. The film marks the Bollywood debut of Meesha Shafi of Pakistani Coke Studio fame. The lead actor of the film, Farhan Akhtar is being praised by all his co-workers especially his Shadi Ke Side Effects co-star Vidya Balan Kapoor and YJNMD co-star Hrithik Roshan. Sources say that Sonam Kapoor charged only 11 rupees as the charge for the film. According to the director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, "BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG is not a sports film, but a film about human spirit".
